It is a solid, roasted and desolventized product resulting from the industrial extraction of oil from soybeans, suitable for preparation of balanced meals. The product does not flake which makes it lower in protein compared to hi pro flour.

Application

Mainly a source of protein and in most cases should be used to correct deficits in diets of this nutrient.
